Since 1994, we have been developing state-of-the-art hospitality concepts throughout the DACH region and setting new standards for hospitality with the COTP hotel portfolio. We are revolutionizing the way hotels are managed – for example with our own brands “GHOTEL hotel & living”, “nestor” and brands of the international hotel operators Accor, Marriott and Intercontinental.
