Do you offer rooms for allergy sufferers in the hotel?

All our rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen, pillows and comforters. We do not have rooms without carpeting for allergy sufferers.

Can I book a room with a city view or on a specific floor?

We sell our rooms in different categories, but not according to floor or view. Our Business Standard rooms differ from the Superior rooms in terms of room size and furnishings. The Superior rooms are always facing the parking lot. Our reception team will be happy to help you choose the category that suits your requirements. We will of course also be happy to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Are there smoking rooms in your hotel?

No, we are a non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Dogs are welcome at a surcharge of € 15.00 per pet/night. Assistance animals are welcome and exempt from charges.

What services do you offer at the hotel?

You have the option of having your laundry cleaned by us. You will find a price list and a laundry bag in your room. Please hand in your laundry bag at reception by 8.00 a.m. so that you can get your laundry back the same day.

Can I store my suitcase in the hotel?

We have a luggage room in the lobby area where you can store your luggage for a few hours. This room is locked and only accessible to staff. Should you wish to make use of this service, please contact the reception staff.

Do you have a bike rental or storage facilities for bicycles?

Depending on availability, you can hire our Brompton folding bikes. The charges are €10.00 for half a day and €15.00 for a full day.

Can tickets for public transportation be purchased at the hotel?

No, we do not offer tickets for public transportation.

Do you offer cost absorption by companies?

We accept a written acceptance of costs by e-mail. Please let us know in the written acceptance of costs which services (accommodation/breakfast/parking etc.) are covered by the company and how you would like the invoice to be sent. We also accept a credit card for direct debit.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs. For an earlier arrival, please contact our reception team. The regular check-out time in the standard category is 11.00 am. Depending on the hotel’s occupancy rate, late check-out is possible free of charge until 12.00 noon after consultation with reception. An extension until 2 p.m. is possible on request for a surcharge of €15.00. Our Superior category includes a late check-out until 2.00 pm.
