The hotel portfolio of the multi-brand operator The Chocolate on the Pillow Group includes 23 hotels located at strategically favorable destinations in the DACH region. The group operates hotels under its own brand “GHOTEL hotel & living” and “nestor” as well as other hotels under the brands of the international hotel operators Accor (Novotel, ibis Styles, ibis, ibis budget, TRIBE, the hoxton), Marriott (Moxy) and Intercontinental (Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express).

As the central point of contact for our business customers in the MICE, leisure, business travel and airline sectors, the team develops tailor-made sales strategies for our hotel portfolio.

 

With a clear focus on customer acquisition, customer loyalty and sustainable sales development, the team continuously analyzes market potential, conducts targeted negotiations and maintains existing business relationships. Through structured sales processes and defined targets, the team makes a significant contribution to the optimal utilization of our hotels and the long-term growth of the entire group.

Josefine Grote has been with GHOTEL hotel & living since 2020 and has been supporting the central sales team as Regional Sales Manager since March 2022. She is responsible for the GHOTEL hotel & living and nestor Hotels own brands, negotiates cross-location framework agreements and supports the hotels in all sales matters.

 

Outside of work, she is passionate about baking, exploring new travel destinations and enjoying time with family and friends.

 

Vera Glessner is Sales Manager of the COTP Group and responsible for the IHG and Marriott brands. She has been contributing her expertise to the company since November 2023, supporting our local corporate customers from Cologne and representing COTP at various events.

 

In her free time, she enjoys discovering new places and spending time with family and friends.

 

Parwez Sarwari is Sales Manager of the COTP Group and responsible for the Accor brands. He joined the company in January 2023 and is available as a contact person for all sales-related topics and supports the team and hotel managers in the implementation of sales strategies.

 

In his spare time, he is a passionate traveler who enjoys discovering new cultures and a sports enthusiast who always stays active.
