Our central sales team stands for expert advice and sustainable partnerships. With a strategic focus on acquiring and retaining business customers, our team develops sales strategies, maintains existing partnerships and continuously expands the network. Through market analyses, targeted contract negotiations and clearly defined sales targets, we optimize the occupancy of our hotels and promote long-term growth.
Together with the local sales managers in our hotels, we support you in all matters relating to business travel – reliably and solution-oriented.
Vera Glessner is Sales Manager of the COTP Group and responsible for the IHG and Marriott brands. She has been contributing her expertise to the company since November 2023, supporting our local corporate customers from Cologne and representing COTP at various events.
In her free time, she enjoys discovering new places and spending time with family and friends.
Parwez Sarwari is Sales Manager of the COTP Group and responsible for the Accor brands. He joined the company in January 2023 and is available as a contact person for all sales-related topics and supports the team and hotel managers in the implementation of sales strategies.
In his spare time, he is a passionate traveler who enjoys discovering new cultures and a sports enthusiast who always stays active.
Josefine Niemand has been with GHOTEL hotel & living since 2020 and has been supporting the central sales team as Regional Sales Manager since March 2022. She is responsible for the GHOTEL hotel & living and nestor Hotels own brands, negotiates cross-location framework agreements and supports the hotels in all sales matters.
Outside of work, she is passionate about baking, exploring new travel destinations and enjoying time with family and friends.
