What services do you offer at the hotel?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a laundry service. For other services, please contact our staff.

Can I store my suitcase at the hotel?

Do you offer bicycle rental or bicycle storage facilities?

We do not offer bicycle rental ourselves. However, we would be happy to recommend a nearby bicycle rental service.

Can public transport tickets be purchased at the hotel?

No, we do not offer tickets for public transport.

Do you offer cost coverage by companies?

We accept written cost coverage via email. Please inform us in the written cost coverage which services (accommodation/breakfast/parking etc.) will be covered by the company and how you would like the invoice to be sent. We also accept a credit card for direct debit.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. For an earlier arrival, please contact our reception team. The regular check-out time for the standard category is 11:00 AM. Depending on the hotel’s occupancy, a late check-out until 12:00 PM may be possible free of charge after consultation with reception. An extension until 2:00 PM is possible upon request for an additional charge of €15.00. Our Superior category includes a late check-out until 2:00 PM.
