Do you offer rooms for allergy sufferers in the hotel?

All our rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen, pillows and comforters. We do not have rooms without carpeting for allergy sufferers.

Can I book a room with a city view or on a specific floor?

Depending on availability, we try to fulfill the wishes of our guests.

Are there smoking rooms in your hotel?

No, we are a non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Dogs are very welcome. We charge an additional €15.00 per day for dogs. Assistance animals are welcome and exempt from charges.

What services do you offer at the hotel?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a laundry service. For other services please contact our staff.

Can I store my suitcase in the hotel?

Luggage can be stored in our luggage room. Please speak to our staff about this.

Do you have a bike rental or storage facilities for bicycles?

We do not offer bike hire ourselves. However, we will be happy to recommend a nearby bike rental shop.

Can tickets for public transportation be purchased at the hotel?

No, we do not offer tickets for public transportation.

Do you offer cost absorption by companies?

We accept a written acceptance of costs by e-mail. Please let us know in the written acceptance of costs which services (accommodation/breakfast/parking etc.) are covered by the company and how you would like the invoice to be sent. We also accept a credit card for direct debit.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs. For an earlier arrival, please contact our reception team. The regular check-out time in the standard category is 11.00 am. Depending on the hotel’s occupancy rate, late check-out is possible free of charge until 12.00 noon after consultation with reception. An extension until 2 p.m. is possible on request for a surcharge of €15.00. Our Superior category includes a late check-out until 2.00 pm.
