Do you offer rooms for allergy sufferers in the hotel?

All our rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen, pillows and comforters. There are two rooms for allergy sufferers with vinyl flooring.

Can I book a room with a city view or on a specific floor?

We offer rooms in different categories, not according to floor or view. Our reception team will be happy to help you choose the category that best suits your needs. In addition, we will of course be happy to accommodate your request and make this possible subject to availability.

Are there smoking rooms in your hotel?

No, we are a non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Dogs are welcome at the Four Points Flex by Sheraton Kiel and are charged € 20.00 per dog/day. Assistance animals are welcome and exempt from charges.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs. For an earlier arrival, please contact our reception team. The regular check-out time in the standard category is 11.00 am. Depending on the hotel’s occupancy rate, a late departure until 2.00 pm is possible for a surcharge of € 15.00 after consultation with reception.
