Can I book a room with a city view or on a specific floor?

We offer rooms in various categories, not based on floor or view direction. Our reception team will be happy to assist you in selecting the category that meets your wishes. We will, of course, gladly note your preference and accommodate it subject to availability.

Are smoking rooms available in your hotel?

No, we are a strictly non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Dogs are welcome at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Kiel and are charged at €20.00 per dog/day. Assistance animals are welcome and exempt from fees.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. For an earlier arrival, please contact our reception team. The regular check-out time for standard categories is 11:00 AM. Depending on the hotel’s occupancy, a late check-out until 2:00 PM may be possible upon consultation with reception for an additional charge of €15.00.
