The hotel has parking spaces in the public underground parking garage of the main station with direct access to the reception. After entering the underground parking garage, keep left and drive through to the back. There you can use any free parking space and find the entrance to the hotel directly. Do you offer rooms for allergy sufferers in the hotel?

Our hotel does not have a room directly for allergy sufferers. However, the bed linen is suitable for allergy sufferers.

Can I book a room with a city view or on a specific floor?

We generally sell our rooms in different categories, but not according to floor or viewing direction. Our Business Standard rooms are located on the 1st-6th floors. Our Superior rooms are located on the 4th-6th floors and face the inner courtyard. We will of course be happy to accommodate your request for a room on one of the upper floors, subject to availability.

Are there smoking rooms in your hotel?

No, we are a non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Dogs are allowed and will be charged with an additional fee of 15,00 € per dog and night. Only in our restaurant and at the hotel bar are animals not allowed for hygienic reasons. Assistance animals are welcome and exempt from charges.

What services do you offer at the hotel?

We offer a laundry service, which can be ordered by guests on request.

Can I store my suitcase in the hotel?

Luggage can be stored in our luggage room.

Do you have a bike rental or storage facilities for bicycles?

There is no direct bike rental in the house. We are happy to recommend Burg & Bike from Lahnstein as a bike rental company. We have been working together very well for years.

Can tickets for public transportation be purchased at the hotel?

No, we do not offer tickets for public transportation.

Do you offer cost absorption by companies?

Yes, we accept the assumption of costs. If there is a company contract, an open invoice will be sent to the company on request. If there is no company contract, the booked services will be charged to a specified company credit card.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Arrival is from 15.00 hrs. Subject to availability, it is also possible to check into the rooms before 3.00 pm. If no rooms are available at this time, you can leave your luggage with us at any time. Regular check-out is until 11.00 a.m., late check-out can be booked for a surcharge of € 15.00, subject to availability.
