The modern 329 rooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer, telephone, flat-screen TV with digital reception, WLAN and some have a safe. 14 function rooms provide business travelers with the ideal conditions for successful meetings, workshops, conferences and seminars. Use of the sauna is also free of charge daily from 17:00 to 22:00. Parking spaces are also available at the hotel, subject to availability. The hotel has been awarded GreenSign Level 4 for sustainability.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer rooms for allergy sufferers in the hotel?

All our rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen, pillows and comforters. We do not have rooms without carpeting for allergy sufferers.

Can I book a room with a city view or on a specific floor?

We are happy to accommodate your wishes, but we are in a very quiet location in the Kleefeld district, so a view of the city is unfortunately not possible. We are of course happy to take other preferences on board and save them for your next stay.

Are there smoking rooms in your hotel?

Yes, there are smoking rooms in the house.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Your four-legged friend is always welcome in our house. Only in our restaurant are animals not allowed for hygienic reasons. Weather permitting, we are happy to offer you a table in the beer garden so that you can still take advantage of our breakfast buffet or restaurant offer. We charge € 20.00 per night for special room cleaning. Assistance animals are welcome and exempt from charges.

What services do you offer at the hotel?

You have the option of having your laundry cleaned by a laundry service. You will find a price list and a laundry bag in your room. Please hand in your laundry bag at reception by 8.00 am so that your laundry can be returned to you on the same day.

Can I store my suitcase in the hotel?

Luggage can be stored in our luggage room.

Do you have a bike rental or storage facilities for bicycles?

Depending on availability, you can hire our ladies’ bikes for a fee of €10.00 per day.

Can tickets for public transportation be purchased at the hotel?

The hotel only sells the HannoverCard experience card. You can buy public transport tickets via the DB app, the GVH app or at the ticket machines at the street and S-Bahn stations.

Do you offer cost absorption by companies?

We accept a written acceptance of costs by e-mail. Please let us know in the written acceptance of costs which services (accommodation/breakfast/parking etc.) are covered by the company and how you would like the invoice to be sent. We also accept a credit card for direct debit.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs. For an earlier arrival, please contact our reception team. The regular check-out time in the standard category is 11.00 am. Depending on the hotel’s occupancy rate, late check-out is possible free of charge until 12.00 noon after consultation with reception. An extension until 2 p.m. is possible on request for a surcharge of €15.00. Our Superior category includes a late check-out until 2.00 pm.
