We always try to fulfill the room requests of our guests if available.

Are there smoking rooms in your hotel?

No, we are a non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Dogs are welcome at a surcharge of € 15.00 per pet/night. Assistance animals are welcome and exempt from charges.

What services do you offer at the hotel?

We offer an out-of-home laundry service from Monday to Friday. If the laundry is handed in by 8.00 a.m., you will receive it back the following day. The laundry service is offered for a fee.

Can I store my suitcase in the hotel?

Luggage can be left at reception. Luggage storage is free of charge.

Do you have a bike rental or storage facilities for bicycles?

We do not have a bike rental station directly at the hotel. There is the LauterBikes bike rental station in Bad Friedrichshall. This is about 6 km away.

Can tickets for public transportation be purchased at the hotel?

No, we do not offer tickets for public transportation.

Do you offer cost absorption by companies?

We accept a written acceptance of costs by e-mail. Please let us know in the written acceptance of costs which services (accommodation/breakfast/parking etc.) are covered by the company and how you would like the invoice to be sent. We also accept a credit card for direct debit.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. We cannot guarantee an earlier check-in, but this may be possible depending on the booking situation. The room can be booked one night in advance, in which case an earlier check-in is guaranteed. Our rooms are available until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure and until 12.00 noon on Sundays. We also offer a late check-out until 2 p.m. for € 15.00. If you check out after 2 p.m., the daily rate will be charged.

What is your cancellation policy?
