The hotel is located directly next to the event location “Alando Palais”, which offers rooms for large events for up to 2,500 participants. Do you offer rooms for allergy sufferers in the hotel?

No, we do not have rooms exclusively for allergy sufferers, as our rooms are fitted with carpeted floors.

Can I book a room with a city view or on a specific floor?

Yes, you can book the 4th floor with the executive rooms. Many of them have an additional balcony. A room facing the inner courtyard can also be booked, subject to availability.

Are there smoking rooms in your hotel?

No, we are a non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are welcome in our hotel. One dog per guest and room is allowed. There is a fee of EUR 15.00 per night which will be charged to your room at check-in. In addition to the deep cleaning fee, the owner is responsible for any damage to the hotel or surrounding property.

What services do you offer at the hotel?

We offer various services, such as a wake-up service, laundry service, etc. Simply ask our reception staff about this.
