What Makes a CorporateEvent at a Hotel Special

A corporate event brings employees together outside their usual work routine—whether it’s a professional event like a kickoff, a strategy meeting, or a training session; a social gathering like a Christmas party; or a combination of both.

The advantage of a hotel: meeting rooms, a restaurant, and guest rooms are all under one roof. After dinner together, no one has to drive home, and the second day of the event can begin right after breakfast.

COTP operates hotels under the Marriott, IHG, and Accor brands, as well as its own brands, nestor and DASEYN. For corporate events, we bundle space, technology, breaks, dinner, and a room allocation into a single package.

Kickoff to Start the Year

The event begins with a plenary session, followed by breakout sessions in small groups, and concludes with a group dinner in the evening. For groups of 80 to 280 people, the nestor Ludwigsburg (266 m², up to 280 people), the Holiday Inn Düsseldorf City (225 m², up to 230 people), and the Four Points Flex Essen at the main train station (190 m², up to 150 people) are suitable optionsJanuary and February are the most popular months for kickoff events.

End-of-Year Christmas Party

Three-course meal or buffet—between €26 and €59 per person, depending on the venue. Upon request, a private room and accommodations are available for those who no longer wish to drive. At the Moxy Köln-Bonn Airport, a mulled wine reception on the terrace is available; at Le doux Souvenir in Potsdam, a three- or four-course meal is served in the on-site restaurant.

Strategy Meeting and Retreat

Eight to 25 people, two days, and a room that can remain set up overnight. Good options include Le doux Souvenir at the Nauener Tor in Potsdam, which features two meeting rooms and a wellness area; the Holiday Inn Express Augsburg, which has an air-conditioned conference room with natural light; and, starting in January 2027, the DASEYN Berlin on Fischerinsel.

Training and Seminars

Recurring training sessions require reliable conditions. The Four Points Flex Göttingen offers 385 m² of meeting space right next to the main train station, while the Four Points Flex Hannover features several meeting rooms and, with 329 rooms, the largest room inventory in our portfolio. For training series, we arrange fixed terms throughout the year.

Team Workshop

For groups of 6 to 20 people who want to use a whiteboard, a facilitation kit, and Post-its. The Moxy hotels at Cologne/Bonn Airport, Munich Airport, the Munich Trade Fair, and in Stuttgart-Feuerbach offer compact meeting rooms and a lobby bar where conversations can continue in a relaxed atmosphere after the workshop.
