Together with the existing properties &#8211; including the two Moxys in Cologne and six Four Points Flex by Sheraton &#8211; the portfolio will in future comprise 14 Marriott hotels. In total, the group will operate 5,185 rooms at over 25 locations in the DACH region.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A concept for a new generation of travelers<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The portfolio of six Moxy Hotels offers modern design, efficiency and a community concept &#8211; and thus strikes a chord with a new generation of guests. The modular timber construction of the hotels is also an expression of sustainable, resource-conserving architecture. All of the approximately 140 employees of the acquired hotels will be kept on.
