Our family rooms are located on the 12th to 16th floors and are optimally designed for young and old. With a separate living and sleeping area with vinyl flooring, the room offers plenty of space and a guaranteed view of the beautiful city of Würzburg through the panoramic window. An extra bed is also possible thanks to a sofa bed in the living area, creating space for up to two children or one adult. The kitchenette and two flatscreen TVs also make for comfortable family time.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer rooms for allergy sufferers in the hotel?

Our rooms are all equipped with allergy-friendly bedding and no carpeting. The rooms are therefore allergy-friendly.

Can I book a room with a city view or on a specific floor?

For a city view, you are welcome to book our Executive rooms. Our Business Standard rooms are located on the 3rd-11th floors. Our Superior and Executive rooms and suites are located on the 12th floor and differ in terms of view, room size and facilities.

Are there smoking rooms in your hotel?

No, we are a non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Your four-legged friend is always welcome in our house. Only in our restaurant pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons. We are therefore happy to offer you a table in our lobby so that you can still enjoy our breakfast buffet. We charge €15.00 per pet/night for special room cleaning. Assistance animals are welcome and exempt from charges.

What services do you offer at the hotel?

We offer a laundry service, which can be ordered directly by guests on request.

Can I store my suitcase in the hotel?

You are welcome to store your luggage with us. Please use the luggage area in the lobby.

Do you have a bike rental or storage facilities for bicycles?

Our bicycle parking space is located in the underground garage. However, this is not a separately locked room. We do not offer bicycles ourselves, but we will of course be happy to recommend a bicycle rental shop nearby.

Can tickets for public transportation be purchased at the hotel?

No, we do not offer tickets for public transportation.

Do you offer cost absorption by companies?

Yes, we accept the assumption of costs from companies. Please send an e-mail to reservierung.wuerzburg@ghotel.de.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is guaranteed from 3.00 pm. Reception is staffed around the clock (at night, access is possible with the room card when the door is closed or there is a bell next to the door). You can also check in with our “digital employee” Fritz around the clock. Regular check-out is until 11.00 am. Late check-out is possible for a surcharge of €15.00.

What is your cancellation policy?

This depends on the type of reservation. Please refer to your booking confirmation.
