Do you offer rooms for allergy sufferers in the hotel?

All our rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen, pillows and comforters. There are two rooms for allergy sufferers with vinyl flooring.

Can I book a room with a city view or on a specific floor?

We offer rooms in different categories, not according to floor or view. Our Business Standard rooms differ from the Superior rooms in terms of room size and facilities. Our reception team will be happy to help you choose the category that suits your requirements. We will of course also be happy to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Are there smoking rooms in your hotel?

No, we are a non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Dogs are welcome at the GHOTEL hotel & living Kiel and are charged at € 15.00 per dog/day. Assistance animals are welcome and exempt from charges.

What services do you offer at the hotel?

We offer a laundry service, which can be ordered by guests on request.

Can I store my suitcase in the hotel?

We accept a written acceptance of costs by e-mail. Please let us know in the written acceptance of costs which services (accommodation/breakfast/parking etc.) are covered by the company and how you would like the invoice to be sent. We also accept a credit card for direct debit.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs. For an earlier arrival, please contact our reception team. The regular check-out time in the standard category is 11.00 am. Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, a late check-out until 2.00 pm is possible for an additional charge of € 15.00 after consultation with reception. Our superior category includes a late check-out until 2.00 pm.
