Frequently asked questions

Do you offer rooms for allergy sufferers in the hotel?

All our rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen, pillows and comforters. We do not have rooms without carpeting for allergy sufferers.

Can I book a room with a city view or on a specific floor?

With the exception of our Superior category, which is located on the top floor, we can book a fixed floor or city center or railroad side according to the guest’s wishes.

Are there smoking rooms in your hotel?

No, we are a non-smoking hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Dogs are welcome at a surcharge of € 15.00 per pet/night. Assistance animals are welcome and exempt from charges.

What services do you offer at the hotel?

You have the option of having your laundry cleaned by us. You will find a price list and a laundry bag in your room. Please hand in your laundry bag at reception by 8.15 a.m. so that your laundry can be returned to you on the same day.

Can I store my suitcase in the hotel?

We have a luggage room in the lobby area where you can store your luggage for a few hours. This room is locked and only accessible to staff. Should you wish to make use of this service, please contact the reception staff.

Do you have a bike rental or storage facilities for bicycles?

Depending on availability, you can hire our Brompton folding bikes. The charges are €10.00 for half a day and €15.00 for a full day.

Can tickets for public transportation be purchased at the hotel?

No, we do not offer them. Depending on the means of transport, you can get them either from the ticket machine at the station or in the respective means of transport.

Do you offer cost absorption by companies?

Yes, if a credit card is deposited for the guarantee.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs. For an earlier arrival, please contact our reception team. The regular check-out time in the standard category is 11.00 am. Depending on the hotel’s occupancy rate, late check-out is possible free of charge until 12.00 noon after consultation with reception. An extension until 2 p.m. is possible on request for a surcharge of €15.00. Our Superior category includes a late check-out until 2.00 pm.

What is your cancellation policy?
